These Site Terms are an agreement between you and Orion Worth ("Orionworth," "we," "us") covering your use of orionworth.com and the emails we send. Using the site or sending us your information means you accept these terms. If you object to them, stop using the site.
Orionworth is a free online referral service. After you send a request, your information may be passed to lenders, lending networks and marketers that might be able to offer you a personal loan or a related product. Orionworth is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not broker, arrange or guarantee any loan.
Any loan you take out is an agreement solely with the lender that makes it. Lenders decide their own eligibility rules, loan sizes, pricing, fees, repayment schedules and funding times, and they may verify your identity and check your credit with one or more consumer reporting agencies.
Visitors need to be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live), legally residing in the U.S., and able to enter a binding contract. You agree that the information you provide is true, current and your own.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be contacted by a lender, approved, or offered any particular amount or rate. Loan amounts from $100 to $30,000 describe the range available across lenders in our network and may not be available to you or in your state.
When you give us an email address, you allow Orionworth and its partners to email you about your request, loan options and related offers. You can unsubscribe from Orionworth marketing emails at any time on our unsubscribe page or through the link in any of our emails. Partners that get your information may send their own messages, and you'll have to unsubscribe from those separately.
Links here can lead off-site, to pages run by lenders and other outside companies. Those sites are outside our control, and we take no responsibility for what they publish, their terms, their privacy practices or their products. Their own terms apply when you use them.

The text, guides, graphics and design of this site belong to Orion Worth or its licensors. Our guides offer general education only and aren't a substitute for advice from a financial, legal or tax professional. Example figures are illustrations only and are not quotes from any lender.
We offer the site and service on an "as is" basis, with no promise that they will always be available. As far as the law allows, Orion Worth makes no warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied, including any implied warranty that the site is merchantable, suited to a specific use, or non-infringing. We can't promise the site will run without interruptions or errors.
As far as the law allows, Orion Worth has no liability for punitive, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, or for losses tied to a loan or product you get from someone else. If we are found liable for anything connected with the site, the most we will owe is one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend and hold harmless Orion Worth from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that result from you misusing the site or breaking these terms.
These terms are interpreted under the law of Delaware, without applying any choice-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and you agree not to bring or join a class action against us, to the extent the law allows.
We may update these Site Terms from time to time. Check the date at the top to see the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
